How to get to your apartment in Tuscany by train, by car or by plane
By car
If you decide to come by car:
by North: get the highway A12 southwards (Roma/Grosseto E80) – exit Cecina Nord
From Florence: get into the highway A11 (E76) direction Livorno up to the highway A12 (E80) southwards (Roma/Grosseto), or SGC FI-PI-LI direction Seaside/Livorno; after Collesalvetti get into the highway A12 (E80) southwards (Roma/Grosseto), exit Cecina Nord
Coming by south: highway A12 ( E80) northwards (Genova), exit Civitavecchia. Follow the indications to Cecina, get into the SS1 Aurelia Livorno/Grosseto. Exit Cecina Nord.
From Cecina Nord follow the indications to the seaside/ San Pietro in Palazzi; after a traffic circle go on for 600 metres; you’ll find Borgo Guglielmo on the right side.
By Train:
train is a good option to reach Cecina and a starting point for daily trips.
The main train station is in Cecina; it only takes 5 minutes to reach Borgo Guglielmo.
By airplane
the nearest airport is in Pisa ( international airport Galileo Galilei); it takes 40 minutes (45 km) to get to Cecina; it is also be possible to rent a car there.
